How to Craft Engaging Content

In today's SIP, we are going to cover a handful of ways to keep your audience ENGAGED through INTERACTIVE content.

The more your audience on ANY social media platform interacts, the more engagement you'll receive.

That engagement can result in increased leads sales AND a better understanding of your what your audience wants due to the relationships built.

The more INTEREST... the more opportunity and that will allow you to monetize your audience!

The initial "ideas phase" is exciting and while we can get wrapped up in the possibilities, you'll want to validate whether or not the idea is profitable.

Is there a need for your idea and is there a market for it?

There are several AI-Powered tools that can help with this.

However, you'll learn 3 easy ways to validate an idea TODAY using social media.

Office Hours or Q&A Sessions

Host regular (weekly or every other week) Q&A sessions, where your audience can ask questions about your products, services, or industry.

You can also host Office Hours, which is a similar concept!

Here is the purpose:

You get to engage with your audience in real-time, providing valuable insights and building a sense of community.

Interactive Stories

Platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat offer interactive story features like polls, quizzes, and sliding scales.

Use these features to create engaging and interactive narratives.

Here's a great example: a restaurant can run a story poll to let users choose the next menu item.

Have people vote and you can even create giveaways or incentives for participating!

Use these stories to keep your audience "in the loop," as this will show your audience what their experience means to you!

User-Generated Content (UGC)

UGC stands for User Generated Content and it's an AMAZING way to keep your followers engaged.

Here's what you can do:

Encourage your followers to create content related to your brand or products.

Share and celebrate their content on your profile, providing them with recognition and an incentive to engage further.

You can do this by "tagging them" or their business! This depends on your industry.

UGC not only fosters a sense of community but also serves as authentic social proof.

Live Streaming

Live streaming on platforms like Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and YouTube Live allows you to engage with your audience in real-time.

Your audience can participate in a discussion, share their opinion or even witness "behind the scenes" content.

A few examples:

You can host live Q&A sessions, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes tours, or live events. The real-time interaction fosters a deeper connection.

Like anything else, make sure it's consistent!

SIP TIP: Try creating consistent LIVE Streams. This can be weekly or even monthly. Just keep it consistent so that your audience adapts.
